Leadership 

Edwin is an international learning and development expert, who has over 25 years of experience in designing, delivering, and organising executive facilitation, coaching, and training for a global audience. His diverse background includes executive-level management roles with Euromoney Institutional Investor Plc., a financial publishing group listed on the London Stock Exchange (FTSE 250), where he operated across Europe, Asia, and North America. Edwin has also collaborated with the Parmenides Foundation, a European scientific research centre focused on complexity and thinking.

Edwin completed his Master´s Degree in Business Administration in 1999 with Henley Management College in the UK and now lives with his family in Munich, Germany. When he is not working Edwin enjoys boxing, playing chess, reading, spending time with his family and being outdoors.

Throughout his tenure in Germany, Edwin has partnered with leading DAX companies, medium-sized internationally operating businesses, and specialised consulting firms. His industry experience spans diverse sectors, including insurance, automotive, sportswear manufacturing, banking, machine building, chemicals, and defence.
