Supporting senior auditors in transitioning to the position of chief audit executive by emphasising the importance of mindset and behavioural changes, as well as acquiring new, relevant soft skills. And by enhancing intra-organizational networking and reinforcing the audit community.

Learning experience
A leadership development program spanning one year, featuring more than 25 touchpoints for participants, including live online sessions, on-site workshops, networking events, leadership presentations, mentoring, team and individual coaching, as well as strategic project work.

Learning experience
A customized 1-day onsite program was collaboratively created and delivered with a Chinese expert employed by the client organization. This unique programme was based on a solid model of intercultural social science with interactive role models that were designed specifically for the client and based on sensitive negotiations with Chinese regulatory authorities.

Result
The successful senior expert program was adapted into a streamlined version for delivery by the internal experts to junior staff members.
